  Kamarah Tree Farms is contracted to install shade trees for the City of Woodstock. When they were at our house they cut our cable and didn't even tell me when I was out asking them questions about taking care of the tree. I found, later that afternoon, a yellow paper in my mailbox telling me that the cable was cut. That they keep a bunch of these photocopied sheets in the cab of the truck to drop in a mailbox and skulk off says to me that this happens quite often. Dealing with them has been very frustrating. I can't believe that they didn't tell me immediately that they cut the cable. Cable Internet is essential to being able to operate my business. When I called the office to ask why they didn't do a "locate" on our property the woman I spoke to said that they used maps that the city provided which are "not very accurate". She went on to say that she is unable to locate cable (but can find gas, water and phone). I have no idea why they can't call Rogers, who is perfectly capable of finding their own cable, and have them mark it. Her attitude on the phone was: oops, we did everything we could. What I will say in their favour is that they did the install and cleaned everything up well.
